I asked about that too and someone replied that it was to clean out the bearings with a spray or lube .. but most said its best to take out your bearings and clean them ..because the dust that ends up in the center of two bearings will be pushed into bearings when flushed..

To keep these from falling out.

They are more for euro tracks where they run in rain often. After a run you take the set screws out and flush the bearings out from the inside with wd40 or another anti rust oil.

Sealed and greased bearings don't need oil. You might be doing more harm than good. Any kind of liquid around a bearing takes the dirt sitting on the outside of the bearing into the bearing.

I agree... I just disassembled the knuckles and the space between the 2 wheel bearings was full of dirt.

Exactly! When I rebuild my cars (which is every week due to OCD) I take each bearing out, wipe both sides off, and give it a spin. If it is gritty it gets tossed in the garbage. If it is still smooth, it goes back in the car the way it is.

Anytime in the past I have added oil to used bearings, they instantly become gritty. At $1/bearing the time spent taking seals off and cleaning them thoroughly is not worth it to me.

Finally have the production pieces ready. A couple photos. I have a video I will upload on how easy it is to remove a battery.

Kinda bored today, have time to package these up for shipping out tomorrow. For July 4th only I will ship for $26 in the US. The links I previously posted have been edited to the new price.
