things you should consider is what people are running at your track and what your hobby shop carries it would kinda suck if you where running a losi and your track only carries team ae parts and you would have to wait for shipping if you didn't have the parts

but losi FTW

We seem to have plenty of hobby shops but not many tracks...
However, Im inclined to go with an RC8Be or a Losi but there are so many 1/8th scale electrics now....I like the looks of the JQ the car but parts might be difficult up here in Canada and its gas!
Kyosho looks nice but the price is just silly
Is there one buggy that seems to have a little more than the rest?

I notice some have 2 battery packs...is this the way most are going? How do they connect...some sort of a Y adapter you make up?
I would have thought just putting the battery on one side and motor on the other would have been good enough

get the mbx-6 ECO or RC8Be or 8ight-e 2.0 its just what you have the $ for and what you wnay to spend on parts if you need the parts.

They all bring something different to the table, jus not the same. The New TQ car looks pretty good.

Where I am, parts support is a problem no matter what car you get. So I just choose the car I like.

Caster is a great buggy, i have one personally. Love it, easy setup and common tools awesome support via email, website, forum and great bunch of factory driver willing to toss a shout out for help.

ive ran a converted 808 and a kyosho that was a converted chassis also. Have to say im liking the caster out of the three.
