Does anyone know what the extra foam piece is for that is included with the regular blue foam? Thanks

If your talking about the short course holeshots then that extra gray foam is for wheels like the traxxas and hpi wheels that dip in. (left picture)

If your wheels are like (right picture) then its not needed.

It is for outer part of the rim. It fills the air gap between the tire and rim.

I am using KMC wheels that are stock with the sc10. Guess I do not need the gray foam for these wheels. Thanks.
