I'd also recommend going down there on a race night and see if you can drive some of the different brands, most guys are willing to help to see which one you preffer before purchasing.

Maybe a Schumachter CAT SX3? Schumacher cars perform well on astroturf and carpet.

Yes i know its one of these threads again, i am new to 1/10 4wd buggys and want to know whats the best to get? Had a B44 and it was and still is a great car straight out of the box.
Tryed a B44.1 and honestly can't feel any difference.
Just easier to slid the motor in/out, better shocks etc....but my laptimes was the same as with my B44.
Go for what ur local hobby store have in stock or what the other racers at ur track have. Easy to get parts, tips, setup etc....
Someone earlier reccomended a caster sk10 buggy, i got one and it's great but not out of the box. It needs a whole lot of uppgrades/parts for the diffs, slipper, shocks etc.....
