Which Stampede is it? The transmission should be fine on a 2S brushless setup though.

kid, you haven't even gotten the stampede yet. You bought the oldest model of stampede possible, against the recommendation of several folks here, so my advice is this: Chill out, wait til your truck arrives, and your brushless set up, and your batteries. You don't even know what esc, etc... you have coming. Right now you have nothing in hand and a bunch of stuff in the mail. Calm down, wait for it to arrive, and take it from there.

the one thing I got for mine that I always suggest to anyone with a brushless 'Pede, rustler or Bandit is a Swami bar wheely bar. I would break the Traxxas ones everytime I ran, ordered one of these and it was fantastic, worth every penny!

can't post urls so just google swami bar

switch to 32p gears ! never strip a spur gear again ! Good Metal gear Servo

I'm running 16/54 on 2s TRX3956 Jato Spur 54t

14/58 on 3s TRX3958 Jato Spur 58t

Gear covers dont fit - but you dont need it ! ! !
