B44 SC Conversion

Here are some pics of Prototype 2 and 3
Prototype 2 was used in races and still has aluminum top plate
Prototype 3 has fiberglass chassis and carbon fiber top plate, rear plate for bumper not yet finished
The chassis, battery holder, top plate and rear plate will be all in carbon fiber and will be included in the conversion set

looks good. curious what your ETA is on release? and approx pricing?

ETA should be a few weeks and pricing will be finalized soon
Thanks for the interest guys. The car will be competative. Just think of it, it is your old reliable B44 that you used to win races with and now will be winning in 4wd SC

There should be enough space in front or behind the motor, depends where you want the weight

The joy of sarcasm. I was mainly saying it because there is such an excess of room compared to the original B44

Soon to have a SCT44 conversion chasing Fastadam around the tracks...

the b44 is a reliable car
the driver also has to realize bec of the speed of 4wd it will break some parts but by making it higher off the ground with bigger tires and longer wheel base it should be more stable and still fast
short video of chassis
Will have more info by this week when orders can be made
will reply to all pms sent
thanks

so you're looking at the cost of a new/used B44 plus the conversion kit to make this happen.
For those that may have a B44 or B44.1 this may be a good/cheaper idea but otherwise it's cheaper to just wait for the SC10 4x4 to come out.
I'm not hating, I was thinking of converting a RC8e over to a SCT before I got the news that the 4x4 came out. Thank God I waited.

OUR conversion should be reasonably priced and would make a b44 that is not being used easily converted to a 4wd corr truck which is getting to be very popular in races now
The conversion will be all graphite
Thanks for the interest guys. It just takes time. If it were in my control this would be out right now. It has been in development since last year and we have found the right set up for the conversion
