I like the Hyperion eos0606i ac/dc charger. It will charge your 2s at 5 Amps.
But I recently got an iCharger 106b and a ps350 power supply. U can charge at 2c(10A) with it for fast charge times! Can even do a 4s at 10 amps if u ever need to do that. The charger is $100 and ps is $70 at ProgressiveRC.com

Guessing you'd like to stay AC/DC - look at this one, has enough power to balance charge 2S lipos at 5amps -

Depending on your budget, I'd recommend the Hyperion line of chargers for their versatility, reliability and performance. There are several other charge3r brands available that all perform well, I'd definitly recommend one that can ballance charge your targeted battery type/voltage needs and has a stroage/discharge mode.

+1 on the 106b. It is a great charger. It has replaced my Ice charger. I can top of my 5000mah lipo after a 6min run in 12-13 mins charging at 9A. Also when charging at 9A the charger is only drawing about 6.5A from the power supply.
