Default NEED HELP, CC SCT system problems!

ok i need help. i have just recently received the CC SCT system. it was great for about 3 minutes. after that i would give it full throttle and it would give it all its power, for about 2 seconds that is. after thats its just rolling off of that push. or its going about 10mph. so if you have ANY suggestions or if you know what is wrong, PLEASE HELP ME!!!

BTW im running a 7cell 4600mah NiMH battery with a 23/86 pinion/spur ratio,
if that helps at all.
SO PLEASE HELP!

More likely you need to disable the lvc-low voltage cutoff. Since you aren't using lipos.

Maybe a bad system. I had to return my new Sidewinder becouse it kept running very hot and cogging during full throttle. Smooth off the start thou Even the Castle guy was confused. New one rips! No issues at all! But maybe try trouble shooting if you can. Try a different servo. If you have a HT servo it might be straining the ESC. I cant run my Power HD 215oz servo with my Sidewinder system. But other servos Ive tried that are less torque are fine. Ive read that Castles internal BECs are weak. But maybe try other batteries, radio maybe. Im not shure with the still running but not over 10 mph. Im still learning myself after a year. change gearing. Adjust ESCs settings maybe. Turn up/down punch, timming, etc. I would try everything befor returning my new stuff and waiting 2 or 3 weeks before gettin it back.

I would try a 2 cell lipo pack if you have access to one just to try. Sometimes brushless systems work well for a few minutes on a nimh and then not so good after you run a little bit. The motor wants to draw more power than what the nimh can give and it normally happens after a few minutes so this might be a problem.

Also the low voltage cutoff could be a problem. For lipos I use 3.1 volt per cell for a 2 cell lipo but for a nimh I would shut that part of the program off.
