Removing Impossible Screws!
I have a problem in which I'm sure you all have had before. I'm trying to get Hex Head screws out of my XXX4! The guy I bought it from added a Graphite Chassis, and Didn't tap the screwholes! I'm stripping Hex drivers left and right trying to get them out, could someone please help?

here is some suggestions.
glue allen wrench to screw.
heat screw to expand metal (bad idea on graphite but thought it may help someone)
cut a slot with a dremel tool to allow you to unscrew it with a standard screwdriver.
also if you are striping the drivers you may want to get a driver made with hardend steel like mip/thorp or losi ones.

get a dremel make a deep horizontal slot to allow you to take it out with any flat head screwdriver

If worst comes to worst, and you can't get them screws out, you could drill the heads off.

If the screw is stuck you might not be able to get it out with out a head on it.
Best bet is use a dremel and a flat head srcew driver, Works every time.

Just use a pair of pliers after the head is drilled off.

If the screw is in that tight you can't usally get them out with pliers or vice grips.
But best of luck to losifromhell

This should be used as a last resort.

If you can get an allen wrench (or flathead screwdriver) to hold onto the screw, use a pair of pliers on the handle of the allen wrench (or screwdriver) to give you extra torque.

I forgot that I made this thread!
Do you use just regular CA glue?
I used my friend's Dremel to get two screws out, but forgot to do it to the screws that hold the gear cover down!

You can get a drill bit designed to remove stripped screws.

slot, or glue. make the slot very wide so you can get a Big Screw driver in there, i will go check how big i want to you use before i finish typing this. 2 glue the Hex driver to the screw (once it's in there glues all over the head).

a uni-tool 2-43 would work
BTW: that's like 1 foot long with a 1cm shaft
