Aluminum hubs are great until......you break a ballstud off in one.
The plastic ones or the two peice AE ones are a better choice.

The FT AE ( for B4 and T4, also sc10) aluminum hubs have a graphite part in which the ball studs tread into. which is actually awesome. If one breaks, you just replace that little piece, not your costly aluminum hub.

Stick to 0 Degrees, I never ran into a track situation where I had to switch to the .5's or 1.0's.
