^^^That's the one I'm using - the one in the middle. It's 12.2v at 42amps. It has a quite fan too. Some of the other PC server supplies have loud, annoying fans....

I'm just about to buy a 2nd so I can run 24v at 42amps.

Do you have to short pins 6, 8 & 10 to get it to turn on or not?

Im asking as via the pics in feathermerchantrc's site do not appear to have the 3 pins shorted, as well as a couple of others in the rcgroups threads.
