Default Traxxas Nitro Rustler/Sport

I didn't see a thread for this Truck, so I thought I'd make one. Anyone have one? My Brother just gave me his Pro .15 Rustler and I've been cleaning it for hours, resulting in a still-dirty looking truck. I don't like nitro, but it's something I need to keep, as it's messed up to be given something and having the chance to hang out with him more and go run Shorter RC Raceway for fun... So I'll be keeping it for his sake.

Here it is, Not bad for a Free Nitro, eh?

To Be Done:
Pro Line Crowd Pleazer with the XXXT Paint scheme on it...
TRX 2.5 Conversion
RD Aluminum Shock Towers, Arms
Polishing the Pipe, that's why it's not in the picture
Losi Shocks
RPM SlingShot Rims
Panther Paddles for the desert
Pro Line Edge Fronts

I feel a little Noobish, owning a Traxxas, but hey, it's all in good fun!

I run a Team Associated RC10GT Pipe. It came on it when my brother gave it to me, but I believe the pipe is a great Top End Pipe? I may be backwards, it may be a great Low End Torque Pipe... I'm not sure. The Pipe runs for 32.99 on Hobby People's web site. My friend around the corner from me has the Trinity Sirio .18 Pipe on his 2.5 Rustler. It took a little modification to mount it, but it screams!

Do you own the original .15 Sport or the Nitro Sport SE? If you have the older version, the best hopup would be to upgrade to the Pro.15. Most guys over at the Traxxas Forum tell me that the singlemost best hopup for the Nitro Rustler or Sport is the OS .15 CVRX(s), which will be added to mine when the Pro.15 needs replacing, which will most likely be soon, considering it's been being used since Traxxas Made KIT Rustler Pro.15's!

I have one. Its a great truck. They are already fast out the box and have high potential for modified parts.
