Default Winter is Coming - 4x6 Slash

Well winter and snow are just around the corner and I am getting my Slash 4x6 back together from last year - Here are the specs

2 - VXL systems
2 - Slash rear Assemblies
1 - servo Y harness for ESC
2 - 11.1v (insanly Fast) or 7.4v (quick) Lipo Batteries
4 - Proline Sand Paw Paddle Tires
2 - Dubro Airplane Skis
1 - Flat Alum stock
A lot of Crazy Fun in the winter time !
Watch the videos and listen to the tones of Twin VXL motors - pretty cool

This year I will build a better plate and a top brace - Anyone know how to hook 2 tires together for duals ?
Might even throw it on a Stampede Chassis for a Classic look

Great waste of Time and Money during the winter months !

Default Outrageous Awesome Spectacular!!!

My man you have a seller. Have you ever thought of marketing a kit? The only thing I would suggest is trying to come up with a lexan body to cover the whole thing and I bet they would sell. I would buy one. Have you jumped it yet?

i have taken it to my local track - threw some tires on and it handled okay for what it was - It jumps like a heavy Slash - I hope to make a better bottem plate with the axles closer together(I was going to try TMAXX tires so thats what the spacing was for)

I also need to create a top brace - when going over a big triple jump I cased the rear axle on the landing and bent the bottom brace - I think with a top brace and better quality alum on the bottom should be rock Solid !

I will try and get some pics from this year up - going to mount it on a Stampede chassis for something different -

As for a body I was thinking about with the axles closer together if a 1/8 monster truck body would work - need to look into that

looks cool man. i love the video too.

ideas for more speed!

try to stagger the rear wheels. make the rear wheels much skinnier if you can. maybe some short arms. that way they are grabbing fresh snow and not a trough that was created by the spinning wheels in front.

either way that looks like loads of fun.

I would like to run duals - know how to attach 2 tires together ? I wish there was a paddle tire with the same size of a 2.2 Masher 2000 -
