Default battery for 19t buggy and 4wd mod

Just starting to get into racing again. I still have brushed esc. I plan on upgrading within a few months. im looking at this battery
http://www.hobbypartz.com/83p-4000ma...4-25c-car.html
and lvc buzzer
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXADUK&P=7
is that a good choice? Because my esc does not have lvc is there somthing i can use instead?

buggys are xxx-cr and xxx-4

Default thats a lipo

I don't think you can run a lipo on a brushed esc. don't know though.

I have a Scorpion Lipo that has a built in Low Vold Cutoff. It is kind of weird, it has a lead that plugs into the receiver and a lead that connects the ESC to the battery pack.

I also think that you can get an external LVC that works in the same way as the pack I mentioned above so you can run lipos with a non lipo esc.
