Default HobbyKing's new USA warehouse?

Does anyone know where the new USA warehouse is located? I knew they once had a warehouse in Michigan but I don't think it's the new one they've been talking about recently...thanks!

Where the order is sourced from is one thing, where the service is sourced from is a completely other. Is there US support now as well?

Exactly...I'm guessing there's US support...on their site they made a "big deal" about the new US warehouse, that's why I was wondering if the Michigan warehouse closed. Someone said it's still in Michigan...maybe they just moved to a new building? For some odd reason I was thinking the new warehouse would be in southern California...maybe it was wishful thinking since that's where I live . The reason I'm asking is that I placed an order today (just 1 battery hoping it will be here before Friday), it's being sent USPS priority, so I would think it would ship today and make it to So-Cal from Michigan before Friday...we will see said the blind man...

I did try the 1-800 US support line to ask HobbyKing directly...the number has been disconnected...

How long did it take you guys' orders to actually show as shipped on HK's site? Placed an order Sunday and it's been processing ever since.

Crawler placed an order from HK for 4 lipos on Monday of last week w/ express shipping. Crawler received lipos on Thursday of last week.

Crawler was very pleased w/ delivery time and lipos.

I just wish HobbyKing could get some ROAR approved batteries.

I thought it was supposed to be in Seattle. Guys getting USA warehouse lipos on RCGroups say the packages are coming from Seattle.

Their CS is still in China, if you call during US business hour timezones no one answers - it just rings and rings.

It's still based in China from there online chat I had...

HK shipping

If I placed a battery order now, odds are I'd receive it by Christmas.
