I would suggest trying an 18t pinion. What battery are you running? A 3 cell lipo needs to be geared way down compared to a 2 cell lipo.

running a 2 cell 40 C. order a havok pro esc and 10.5 4200 kv motor. so many choices...hope i made a good one? almost went with a 7.5 or 8.5 but i figured i wouldnt be able to put all that power to ground
