Default mini revo problem

hey

I just got my mini e revo and put a 3s lipo in it which is suppose to make this thing ballistic..... but it doesnt... it has really sluggish accel. and I can barely get it to flip over on its lid.

any one know whats up.

Have you checked your slipper clutch? I had a MERV that did the same thing on a 3S; the slipper was not tight enough and actually ended up melting the pad. Once replaced and adjusted correctly, it was a rocket!

did you switch your esc to low voltage cutoff?

i thought that the VXL 3m automatically adjusted the cutoff and I use a dx3r

If it still has good top speed and the motor winds up but it just doesn't move fast it's the slipper.

If it just all around lacks power it's probably in training mode.

Also check the driveline for binding and if it's none of those your esc may be shot. Mine fried and still worked but just barely moved the truck.
