Wheelbase is 15mm longer however the actual t4 chassis is 19.1mm longer than a b4 chassis.

Default B4 vs B4.1

Is it worth spending more $$ on the B4.1? Thanks.

I am still using the stock original B4 body on mine and it fits like a glove, plus it's stealthier since people don't realize it is a modded chassis.
I prefer the look and feel of the stock original bodies over the cab forwards as well.
Every body made for the B4 should fit.

I tried it when i made my first +8 chassis and it was an extremely tight fit and didnt look good at all. The PL Bulldog fits the +8 very well if you cant find any of the +8 JConcepts bodies.

It does. I trimmed the tab on the back that fits over the rear shock tower and the body sits a little lower in the back.

I honestly believe most all of the bodies SHOULD fit nicely with the +8mm chassis. I tried 3 different short B4 bodies and they all fit perfectly with no problems at all.
In other words, no need to buy a "long" body for your 8mm longer B4-B4.1 buggies.
If the standard and other short bodies work, then most all of them will work. I find it hard to believe otherwise.
I didn't have to trim anything off my stock short B4 bodies either, from running the same body on the standard chassis.

Now if you have got one longer than 8mm, then I cannot speak as I haven't tried longer than +8mm.

Any of you guys gonna be at the Jconcepts race in MA this weekend? I wanna try to slap my body on a +8 chassis and see how it fits. I've been holding off from getting a +8 chassis but I think it's almost time with the indoor season coming up.

Mine fits good, I just had to cut the back tab off for the body pin, and had to cut out the front a little larger. There ends up being about an 1/8" gap between the rear tower and body.
