Not much...Just the Losi oil shocks, full bearings, and the Pro-Line Dirt Hawgs on RPM Revolvers. I'll be doing some more upgrades, but nothing too drastic. This thing is mainly for messing around with my kids and their Mini-Ts. If I get too nuts with it, it won't be much fun for them anymore.
