At one time I think you could get one, but it wasn't to add any protection, it was just cosmetics. Not sure if those are still around, and they might have been for hard cased anyway.
You can just add some heavier or thicker heat shrink replacing what's there now, just look for some thats heavy duty. Maybe use some fiber reinforced strapping tape to make sure individual cells can't move relative to each other before doing the new shrink. I know my Neuenergy lipos have a much thicker shrink than what's on my Turnigy lipos.
Prob the best way to protect a soft case is by making sure it can't move around in the batt tray/box - 1" wide velcro on the bottom and at least a couple of straps. Lots get damaged when they're not secured well enough.
