New Tekin 7.5 overheated??? Please help...
What are my options for repair on a new Tekin motor that was overheated? I am new to brushless and ran it in an open SCT and had the gearing wrong obviously... After the main it kept shutting my esc down and after I pulled it out I could tell that something was wrong, it had more resistance when i spun it over by hand. Please help with suggestions!!! Is the motor junk or can it be fixed?

I emailed Tekin support for more info, so hopefully they will be able to help... Just need it before the 21st of May...

I'll have to check for your e-mail on Monday but if it feels like it has more resistance when you rotate it then it is probably shorted beyond repair. Send some pictures of the inside of the can if you are able to.
