Who makes the best lipo/balance charger on the market???? I need one for, 4s lipo. That can charge fast!

There isn't really a universally recognized "best" charger. You'll prob get as many diff chargers as you get answers.
Charge time for a lipo is more a function of what charge rate (1C, 2C or higher?) charge rate the lipo says its rated for. There is a Fast mode in some chargers that don't fully charge the lipo as a means of shortening charge time.
