Default Hyperion G3 lipo warranty Question?

I have an almost new 4s 5000 mah 25c Hyperion lipo pack with a bad cell (1.9 volts) All other cells are 3.5 volts.

Pack has been used for 5-6 cycles, always balanced charged on a Hyperion EOS 0606i charger. Pack was used in my E-slayer MMM/2200 with the voltage cutoff set at 12.8 volts (3.2 per cell) and never ran down to the cut off point.

It is an awesome pack w/ tons of power, but upon trying to charge this past weekend the charger found the bad cell and won't charge the pack. Pack was disconnected from the ESC after every run, what caused the cell to drop?

Also I am having trouble locating a service rep or return center for Hyperion. Does anyone have any info or experience returning a Hyperion product?

Thanks

your location will help.

did you check the balance plug?

can you measure your cells with a voltmeter?

I myself have not had a hypirion failure but I know one guy who bought one locally that had a cell fail & the local dealer got it replaced for him no problem. Also I know a guy who bought one thru RCDUDE.com who had an issue & RCDUDE took care of it for him. Seems like Hyperion is taking care of issues with little to no hastle.

Located in Southern Calif.

I just measured the cells and they are:

#1= 3.45
#2= 3.39
#3= 0.45
#4= 3.45

Cell #3 was measuring 1.9 two days ago???

Anybody have any info on returns to Hyperion?

I don't have the info - these guys are the Hyperion distributor, call them and ask what to do. Seems pretty obvious its got a bad cell.

I've bought my Hyperion stuff thru ALL e RC and if you don't feel cool calling Empire, the distributor, try contacting ALL e RC.
