Here's a vid of my 210 from last nights club race at my local track. SDRC in San Diego, CA. Med grip, clay. I was running Super soft AKA Vektor fronts/AKA foam in front and ver1 MC Suburbs in rear with PL closed cell foam. Sauced front and rear with Trackstar Gold. I normally run either Rebars or Vektors but was doing some compound testing.

I had a pretty solid first run (car was really good) and a DNF in the second run due to stupidity and qualified 3rd for the night. Car was stellar in the qualifier, not as good in the main. Track got a little bumpier as the night went on due the Intermediate SC classes (both 2wd and 4wd) not being very good at timing all the jumps and hammering the faces of most of them. Overall my car is really good there....I could use just a touch more mid corner steering and I have a few things I'm going to test soon.
My car needs a diff rebuild and new shock seals....I did a shock "rebuild" before the first qualifier and by the mains there was oil all over the lower shock cups The car was definitely not as good in the main. TQ was a +10 Kyosho and 2nd was a +8 B4.1....... on a big track like this, I need to try a long chassis We'll see....
I'll post up my qualifier as soon as its done processing

I don't feel that's what my car needs.... and just adding weight isn't really a fix IMO. I already know my car steers better with "other" front tires. Gold Barcodes steer way more on my car but I run/test for AKA and I'm working out how to get the steering I need with them. The Rebars actually steer more aggressively for me but aren't as consistent. The Vektors are smooth but aren't as aggressive as some other tires. Its just a balancing act. I don't need a 1700+ gram car, its heavy enough as it is. 4 I've done alot of testing with other cars between running a heavy car vs light car and heavy cars really tend to not be as good on loose/med grip tracks.

Thinking of trying the RM4 on my track, its a large track and we normally run it dry so depending if its freshly blown off it will have almost blue grove, but when you get a bunch of peps. running into the pipes it can stir up the loose stuff and make traction a bit more unstable.
Wanting to know those running RM4 if it adds more traction and how does it handle over jumps... do you have the same brake effect in the air? a couple of photos can be seen on our facebook page

For those looking for a longer chassis, I'm now working on a +8mm chassis, it should be done soon then I'll be doing some durabilliy testing then they'll be for sale. Unfortunatly our local track just got kicked out of our building (we had a cash deal going, someone offered to pay full rent) so I'm not sure when I'll be able to test it. I'm hopeing for the chassis and spacer to be all done within the next week or so, then start testing. PM me f your interested.
