What AWG wire is used for 1/8 brushless

Obviously the best is 8awg since that is what half the large capacity HobbyCity packs come with....
Just kidding. Why HobbyCity does not just stick with 12awg is beyond me.

10ga is kind of hard to deal with at times especially if you use a Tekin speedo, not a problem with MMM. All the shops round here sell wet noodle/deans 12ga I'm sure if I went on line getting it would be no prob. Look up the strand count of the wet noodle its rediclous like 1,000 or 1,200 or something crazy like that.
I have had the 10ga de-solder problem on my MMM though but the speedo was a ball of plastic when that happened so maybe it dont count.
The other thing is with a cross car wiring job there is a weight differece.I never weighed the difference but it is enough to feel with my big abused hands.Figure 30-40" on some setups from speedo to motor & speedo to batt connector. Could be good or bad depending on how you want to balance the car.

1660 wire count - thats all I've ever used. I bought a 25' roll or red and black wet noodle and it'll prob last past my time in the hobby. Never had any probs.
Just wish I could find some more deans racing solder...
