Novak Brushless help
Hello, I recently purchased and installed a Novak brushless system in my B44. I just set up the ESC for the second time and am having a slight problem. When i turn on power to the esc the motor is turned on and the car moves forward at a slow pace, after about three seconds it stops and is ready to go. Any ideas why it would do this? Also, I am noticing a clicking sound after acceleration (coasting with throttle in neutral position). I am not sure if this is a normal sound for the motor or something else. Thanks.

is your trim set right? like what color is the led when it is moving for that 3 seconds? also is this the gtb OR the havoc esc? thanks

My trim is set correctly, that was the first thing i checked. The ESC first flashes red, then amber then red and amber stays light. This is a 10.5 GTB. Thanks.

hmmm thats weird. is there a good connection to everything? are the input plugs in the right slot in the receiver? Also are you running a lipo?

I think my connections are all good, I'll have to check tomorrow for that. i am running a Reedy 5400Mah 2 cell lipo.

yes you need to bind the system with all your settings done so if can set the failsafe for neutral that way when your reciever see no signal for a second when you power up it goes to neutral and waits for signal.....if that makes seince
