im having the idea of makign a jackal MWMIK from scratch(a military 4x4, search Jackal MWMIK on google images)

ive got some problems with it.

1) would i need a powerful motor to drive it?
2) im thinking of making the body out of polystlyrene, would this work
3) where can i get similar looking off roading wheels or can i make some
4) how would i make a very strong suspension for it.
5) can you see any areas that will cause a problem.
