I know it's not exactly cheep, but the Mamba Monster would solve all your issues. The Mamba Monster is robust and can take just about anything you throw at it. I run mine with 6S all the time and have never had any problems. I run mine in my E-Revo with the 2200KV motor, and have never had any problems with heat. I found that other systems (other then the Tekin) are made more for 1/10 or 1/8 buggy at the most, and they can't seem to take the weight of 1/8 trucks. I know the Revo is supposed to be 1/10th, but really, it's the size and weight of a 1/8th. If your not in a rush, I see the MMM V3 on sale here often, and for much less then retail. So if you just be patient and troll the buy/sell forum I am sure you will find a good deal sometime.
