You need:

Motor/Speed controller: (Many options, lets say 200$)
Battery: Lots of options, I think u want a 2s saddle pack: maybe 150$
Servo: Get the digital Associated 1, it's really good for 100$
Radio/Receiver: Get either Airtronics 2 or 3 Channel or Spektrum 3 or 2. ~120
Charger: 100$ for decent 1
Body paint and crap... 15$
