Slashing
Hello all. Just got finished with a new body for my Slash. I figure I got to do something else to it now lol. So to make things a little more simple lets say I have $100 bucks to get upgrades for the time being. What would you recommend?

I'm a true believer in RPM gear cover without a hole at the bottom. Part # RPM80525.

Traxxas aluminum stearing rack approx $30
RPM Front and rear bearing carriers. approx $8ea
RPM Rear bumper mount approx $7
I have been using the above for awhile now and the truck takes a lot of abuse, I'm still running the stock shocks/arms and and been using a 10.5 or a 13.5 brushless depending on the track.
Have Fun

I don;t think much of the Traxxas Alum caster blocks or the steering rack,or front and rear hubs. I race my slash pretty hard most weekends in the winter and they have worn out very fast to the point they are junk the bearings spin inside the f and r hubs, the steering rack has twice the place the stock one did.
Some people may have better luck with them but I am not going to buy them again and will be putting plastic ones back on.
Just my experience.

the 1/8 Losi shocks are workable. Personally, the Traxxas BB are great.
