Rally cars
Aight lets get this post back up and runing! Oh and what do u guys think of me making my tamiya mini cooper a winter rally? I plan on making the rear section of thew chassis a water proof box for the electronics. Oh I was also wondering if I would have to waterproof my servo? Thanx for the replys in advance.

That is a good idea to put your electronics there. I used to have an FF02(same chassis as mini but with a center peice added to make it longer). The servo "SHOULDNT" need waterproofing, but you might want to, just to be safe.

Yeah some people say that the TL01 is a good rally car. I know my friend like to offroad his stock one and beat the crud outta his new body.

haha, I rallied my FF02 and TL01 quiet a bit, too slow to be fun onroad..lol

AE sounds like fun. My mini cooper isn't the fastest ting either, probably cause of the fwd and bald tires(I got new tires today). But other than that its a blast to drive

I wanted to get a HPI nitro mini at one time..the good ole days

Hey guys, i'm planning to buy a ff02 soon and i'd probably turn it into rally. The electronics will be safe in the space at the back right?
Anyway i'd also turn it into a tlo1 or into a m03. Looks good...
To avoid getting scratches under your plastic chassis, try taping a square peice of a card board box under the bulk head of the tl01 or ff02. I'd work
