If your mains are 15 minutes or less, go with these:

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=10869

They should have enough juice to get you through.

Or you could try this one, if you need a little more power (though it has a lower C rating):

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...5C_Lipoly_Pack

Finally, though they might not be the best fit possible (they will stick up out of the battery tray and possibly touch the body), a pair of these wired in series would probably give you the best runtime:

That first battery (Turnigy 4s hard case) is extremely popular (because they fit most trays) so if that's what you want you better buy them now. I bought mine on 4/24 when they were on backorder and they just now finally got them back in stock and shipped mine out today. Right now they only show 10 in stock. And people are reselling these batteries for $80 (2x hobbyking price) on ebay because of the high demand.

Has anybody tried these wider offset wheel hubs? Do they stay snug and tight? Do they give the buggy a wider wheelbase?

imo flipping the diffs is better than setting the esc to run in reverse rotation.... dremel the bumps off the bulkheads

Is swapping the motor wires better than reversing the motor direction in the esc?

So if you swap the diffs, you have to dremel the bumps? Do you have any pics of this?

Just pull a diff cover. It will be pretty obvious as soon as you open it up. There is a little bump on the inside of the cover. Dremel it off so that the whole inside is smooth. Then pull out the diff and flip it so that the ring gear is on the other side of the diff housing. Reinstall the cover, repeat the procedure on the rear end, and you're done.

The whole mod took me about 15 minutes, tops.

Why go through all that work when you can just swap 2 wires around going from the motor to the ESC, that'll change the motors rotation.

That only works if you're not running sensored, right? Also, not really that much work!

If you run sensored system you must connect the wires A to A, B to B and C to C.

Most motors "natural" rotation is opposite of the hyper 9's stock setup. So, just flip'um and stop asking questions!
