Orion all the way baby! There super efficient! My 5.5 runs FOREVER Doesnt seem very hard on batts

2 months ago I would have said Novak, but after I ran the Duo based motor from Team eXpress I would for sure go with the Trinity Duo motors. You have to gear it to the moon though.

The Vortex 08 are the newest motors

They have a small fan inside them, the can is shorter and lighter, they have a different sized rotor I believe also. And they look sweet!

I just bought a new style vortex last summer with the new can... How do u tell it has a fan....

Take the rotor out. And you will see it

just to throw out a variable...might you know his gearing and battery type?? those 2 factors can affect overall punch and top speed.

I agree. Express motors are rockets!!! They have a slight edge over a stock DUO/Pulse due to the magic that Tag does to them. I run a few different DUO's (13.5, 10.5, 7.5) and they all out perform every other brand that I've run against.

Ran the Hacker 13.5 last night at our local carpet offroad track last night. Very strong! turned some heads.
