Did you try to say a one way differential? I don't know of anyone that makes one for 8th scales? I would give you off power steering if you could add one. With the center diff it would be an interesting change.

Huh. I don't keep up with the L8ight stuff enough I guess. Looks like something they are using with the spool center diff.

It would be interesting to try I suppose.

I only have metric tools. Can somebody tell me the Imperial sized hex heads I need for this kit.

Cheers

You don't need the 5/64 as it is the same as a 2.0mm

Default oneway

The one-way would let rear breaking and the front free wheel giving more turn in on tight tracks. This weekend I noticed that my car nose dives hard under breaking on our straights

I recently did that conversion. It's expensive. You will need the chassis, both shock towers, front/rear hubs, front c-hubs, front/rear a-arms, both center drive shafts, front/rear gear boxes. I noticed quite a difference in handling, much improved. The 2.0 chassis is longer and moves the front a-arms in a more upright position. I think though it would have been cheaper had I just sold the 1.0 roller and bought a 2.0 already done, but I had already invested in quite a bit of 2.0 parts.

Yeah it will not brake as hard and carry more speed through the sweepers off power. I really like one ways on my 10th 4wd cars. Let me know how you like it. It should be a pretty big change.

Nothing changed on the bulks to change the Hingepin relation to the case, the front and rear arms are essentially the exact same except for the different glass content and the rear arms being 3.5mm for the 2.0 pins.....Steering knuckles didn't change Nor did the length of the front center shaft...Front gear box is also the same except for the plastic formula.
