Default quick question about shock limiters

ive been working on my setup for my AE B4 and the set up sheets say negative .060 or negative 2 on them...does this mean that they are using external limiters or what?

that's interesting. I would read it as a .60 spacer in the internal side of the shock shaft, between the piston and the body, effectively shortening the shaft that is outside the shock body and the amount of total shock travel allowed. Unscrewing your shock end would be the exact opposite, lengthening the shaft outside the shock body, allowing more shock travel.

Right which is why it is negative.

.060 would be to shorten the stroke, -.060 is lengthening it.
