Well, Brandon better do a lot of fixin' then if he believes he can Broadcast the 1/8th Scale Worlds... his site will be pushed beyond its current limits... That's for sure!

I doubt its down from too many users. There wasnt that many people on.
Yep. When it went down there wasn't even a 'que' for us unwashed freebie members (as there weren't enough viewers to warrant it). It was constantly running.

$30/year isn't too much to pay IMHO. I'd really like to see the freebies cut off (or cut off after 5 minutes or so). Even if it does go down, it's still 1000 times better than coverage we've ever had.

come on guys give Brandon a break. Have any of you taken the TIME and MONEY to broadcast races live around the world? LiveRC is still for the most part new and they are still trying to get all bugs worked out. so stop saying that liverc is a joke and stuff like that.
Brandon posted on liverc that there will be tripple the server room for the 8th scale worlds but it is not financially possible for everyrace.

audio/video/scoring back up

Personally I think LiveRC is great for the hobby. As with any business there are areas that could be improved on. As someone has said already, for $30 a year, I think it is a good value!
