no settings for that,
also no gas while going to the jump = nose dive
too much gas at the end of the ramp (while one it) and = rear land

correct it in the air as vvrc said ;)

I hear Bowties are excellent...but I would try Diff oil first...cheaper and more likely your problem....

jbounce 10-15-2008 04:43 AM

I use Bowties M3 compound.
Big difference on dry hard dirt. Car doesn't spin out as much anymore. In fact I cannot remember it spinning out ever since I got the Bowties.

Daddydan 10-15-2008 05:28 AM

try switching left and right rear suspension tabs, that's a big help to reduce spin out since you'll have a longer wheel base, also, make sure your that the rear suspension is softer than in stock form, if it's too hard (like stock) the truck has a tendency to spin out, the stock set up is good to land from big jump. try 3k of 5k in the rear diff it's always a good thing to do. On my side for the tires i use pro-line lug nut T http://www.prolineracing.com/images/...medium/452.jpg
hope this help

Actually, having the rear arms in the stock position puts more weight on the rear tires. Swapping them around will make the truck "looser".

Hi peeps, just to sidetrack abit, can i check if i were to use a deans plug to connect the SC-15 esc to the Firebolt 15T motor, will my truck be slightly faster than using the stock connection?

thanks a million!

actually, if the rear suspension is soft enough, the weight transfert will be good and you'll have rear traction

SN33KY 10-15-2008 05:49 PM

i swapped the rear arms before i ran the truck lol..

yeah like even on the road with proline road rages... when i take a turn... one tire balloons up...and then i spin out.. i run 2s mamba max 5700..

what type of diff oil do you guys reccommend? and is there a way to prevent leaking?

i just use the AE black grease.

Daddydan 10-15-2008 05:53 PM

i didn't find any way to prevent leaking but try 10k to resolve your traction problem ;)
