My son can testify that brushed maint. sucks. He's waiting for brushes to show up for his RC while I'm having fun running my BL. We order most every thing on line as the LHS is 2.5 hours away. Even at that they carry minimal parts especially brushes as most of the guys who run there go BL.

and the instant/insane torque helps you take the lines normally reserved for the mod guys....I have found that I can take corners as tight as I want leading up to our track's big jumps and clear them with EASE
