trd...send it in. We may not charge you even without the receipt...depends on the circumstances. Fill out the service request form on the support tab of our website, and in "Additional Info" list the vehicle you had it in, the gearing, the battery pack (be as specific as possible), highest motor temp you've seen, etc.
