Should work, just play with your gearing and get that fan on the esc and go. If you are using a UBEC to run the fan and disabling the BEC on the MM that will also lower temps I hear. With my lid off I run quite cool. I like running with a 6-cell, it is plenty fast! probably 45mph+.

Ok i just got my crt.5 and im a little confused on how to mount the rc monster electric motor plate... do i remove the 2 disk brakes that are on either side of the center diff...then do i remove the black plastic piece that the rear disc brake is mounted to then bolt in the rc monster plate? any pics on this would be great... thank you

i figured it out... but did you guys tear your diffs apart and put new oil in them or will it be fine as is?...i got the pro kit
