My T4.2 Finnisher was a direct fit when I checked it, though. ;)

If I remember correctly, the only difference between 0289 & 0269 was the mounting dimples in the back for the body post.

Yes; we will have a Finnisher for the 22T 4.0 that will allow the rear shocks to be run front or rear of arms.

You can email us and see if we have any 0291 for special order.

thanks. Not sure if I have used a Jconcepts Blue compound tire. Do you or anyone else have a tire compound to compare it to from say these:

- Proline M2
- Losi Silver (yes I know, old school)

trying to get an idea on feel relative to a softer "Green" compound rear like flipouts, etc.

One other thing, in general if people run in conditions where rear tires like flipouts and goosebumps work well, are the carvers the choice up front or, are people running pin tires up front too like I see when I run something along the lines of a double dee / holeshot ? If so, what pin tire?

Blue is closer to M3, maybe a touch firmer if anything.

Yes; normally if you run Flipouts/Goosebumps in the rear, then Carvers are the popular choice in the front.

I think I can partly reply to that question. Running my T5M on dusty dirt tracks, I preferred running PL Calibers on all four corners as it increased corner speed vs. the rib tires. When our series returned to the track in Hamm last year, the laydown XT2 carried enough corner speed with rib tires.

You are welcome! I sold mine after finishing two races in the dead last spot, so I am not an authority in XT2 set-up. In Hamm I got my butt whipped by XT2s while driving a reanimated T4, which failed me due to rusty CVDs... I had a Finnisher body on it, so we're still on-topic, right? :D

So what compound in the reflex would be best according to temps outside? Sometimes I think Green for Ebuggys especially with a pin type tire just seems too soft especially for the weight of the car itself. Now for 1/10 scale buggy they seem perfect. Am I in the ballpark here?

Lastly, Is there an up to date Jconcepts Tire Guide with the latest tread patterns for 10 scale and 8 scale?
