We actually just got some green compound in Friday. I don't really know, but think we might still be a few weeks out on Golds.

PW,

Were you referring to Short course, stadium, or both? JC race in July and need to plan now. Gold webs on all three cars would be nice to practice and break in prior to day of.

Still no press release on the 0269 RT6 MM body or any signs of it at amain's store. Have there been any issues?

Yes...Unfortunately delays from the painter, but they are in route now.

Good to hear. By the way, what about the 0242 Silencer? Although it is not my favorite body, it will fit the MR series better than the Finnisher for the original B-Max2; those gaps are not good on loose dirt. :sneaky:

Oh, a Finnisher/Silencer including undertray would be very welcome for the HB D413, I think. :)

Ultraspeed84 05-12-2014 09:19 AM

is there a new body coming for the RB6?

We are looking at a MM specific RB6 Silencer; maybe the end of May/early June ;)

Good job on the Spyder RM silencer, IMHO it looks much better than the B5 version. Thinking of the chassis shape, the B-Max2MR should be similar, I like! :)

Any possibility on getting a Finnisher body for the B5 and B5m or is that line dead?

It's on the list, but still a few ahead of it.

Got a couple of questions/ideas for PW or anyone at JC,

Part is specific to the Kyosho cars/trucks.

A new set of Slipper plates for the Kypsho cars that are smaller in outer dia., that will fit an AE style spur and pads with out hitting the spur gears.

I've used the AE spurs and pads, and while they'll work, once the pads get a little worn in, the slipper plates hit the plastic on the spur gear making proper slipper adjustments almost impossible. With a smaller outer dia. slipper plate vs. the stock Kyosho plate, that should fix the issue and would make it mich easier for anyone running the Kyosho cars to use the AE spurs and pads.

2nd thing,
With BK working with JC in tires and such, any chance of JC maybe bringing back the old BK pitch spurs and pinions? They were 56p if I remember right. Loved them when I ran them way back when, and it seems that some of the stock 17.5 racers are playing with the 64p more. If JC brought the 56p back, I think it'd be something they and maybe some of the mod guys would benefit from. The close gear ratios of 64p, but with a little more durability like a 48p would give.

Just a couple of thoughts/ideas.
