Matte finish onroad car stands

PW,
Asked this question a while back, not sure if I got a response...sorry if you replied and I did not see it. Will JC be selling onroad stands in the black plastic? I think I see both of the Ryan's using them. It would be nice to have so that can be packed up without the worry of scratching the paint all up on the clear painted ones. Thanks!

new BLACK compound making its rounds with jconcepts' tires....

quoting neobuggy:

"JConcepts has added an additional compound to the line of successful 1/10th off-road racing tyres. Black compound, produced for the softest feel yet in the JConcepts line of compounds, the Mega Soft is especially useful in those cold conditions or when grip is hard to come by on slick or dusty track conditions. JConcepts wants the racer to feel the exclusive tread patterns such as Bar Codes, Double Dees, Pressure Points and 3Ds in a variety of compounds to match any racing condition. If the condition calls for it, reach for the new black, mega soft compound."

JConcepts compound chart:

-00, medium (yellow compound)
-01, soft (blue compound)
-02, super soft (green compound)
-03, medium (white compound – groove condition)
-04, soft (orange compound – groove condition)
-05, indoor soft (gold compound)
-07, mega soft (black compound)
-08, medium soft (red compound)

I see these available for buggy. Will this compound be used for Truck tires also?

Can someone tell me how to cut 3/4 rear foams for the front and make the cut smooth and even around the tire?

So I bought a full set of Jconcepts 3Ds in the blue compound.
Mounted them on my slash 4wd and it looks great.

So how does the black compound compare to the gold compound (clay)?

In other words will this tire compound work good on a clay track?

mark on the foam where you want to cut it. place foam on a rear wheel mount on car bump trim till turns slowly and place a exacto on and hold slight pressure, cuts straight and awesome. hope this helps you.

Is there any plans to produce a front axle for the Serpent Spyder SRX so it can use 12mm hexed wheels?

Has JC stopped using the blue overspray film on their bodies? Just got two of the F250 SD bodies in but they are totally clear.

Yes, they switched to a clear overspray film recently.
