Lol. Nevr had a problem putting holehots on Losi wheels that I can rememebr. I've always used the Losi wheels/tires. The wheels seem more true the AE/proline. I guess I'll have to start trimming.

RCBLUE 04-27-2008 12:41 PM

The bead area on Losi wheels is wider than Proline and AE which is why Losi guys rarely if ever have to trim the tire. Sucks for us AE guys to run Losi tires though. Oh well what can ya do?

"Goose Bumps"

Hurricane (Lake Park) 4/27 home of the "Clash" :)

Gas truck TQ and 1st by three laps!

"Goose Bumps" worked during practice, after they watered the track for qual #1, then they just blew the track off for qual #2 and main. They just work!!!

Now I'm wondering how the DD's would have worked today!!!

You want to send me a pair to test for you!!! What do you think Andy? :)

Congratulations to Paul Wynn on his Region 4 Championship in 2whl Mod.

Great run Paul.

On our track, when it's dry and dusty, only hope you have of traction are bowties. When some moisture in the track, bowties again, although losi step pins did perform there when moisture was up, but they went away as track dried out. Would be intersted in trying those goosebumps out going by the feedback on them so far.

Mainline Imports has quite a selection of our products in Australia. I cant tell you of any local (to you) shops that would be stocking our tires. Here in the states; both amainhobbies.com and towerhobbies.com stock the full line of our stuff and I believe both will also ship internationally. You can also go directly through the shopping cart on our site if you want.

Great run Paul.

It was a great weekend with unbelieveable conditions, which made the runs even more impressive. Are you going to run the RC Pro Electric this weekend?

Top notch work as usual.

Bulldawg RC 04-28-2008 11:20 AM

good job out there in Coral Springs guys!!

rdeppen 04-28-2008 01:16 PM

Don't get crazy Andy. While I had a great time racing electric at Springs I won't be traveling to many out of town races for electric only. LOL

I was kinda glad when Maxy and JP fired up there 1/8th buggies to turn laps after the races.

Rims

any date on when the 1/10 scale white rulex rims will be back in stock for the b44?

Also, what kind of tracks will the GB's work on? Right now the tire of choice at my local track is HS's. (Dirt) run wet normally.

carbon madness 04-28-2008 07:26 PM

What up? the GB's are more for a softer surface, although based on reading some of the posts in this thread they work just about on any surface that has some dust on it. I would say for you the that DD's should work great as they are made for the same surface as the hole shots.

I painted this for my T4 this season (I just wish it was the high flow shell, but this will work for now)

I can give you a current list of hobby stores that you can get the tires from in Australia, Ryper hobbies (W.A.), HERC Hobbies (Qld ?) & Mainline Models (S.A.) I know for sure Mainline Models has them in stock not sure about the others.

I would try a set of GB's for sure if the track is run wet. They may even provide too much rear bite for ya in that case. :p

No problem, didnt mean to try to redirect business, but I cant say I know much about dealers down under, haha.

carbon madness 04-30-2008 06:53 PM

Thanks.

In a few weeks I will get it all dirty.

Also can the yellow wheels be brighter then what they are, as right now they are more of a mustard yellow, and I like the look of the bright yellow wheels.
