There probably won't be too many of these stories. Losi and AE are two of the winningest vehicles out there.

Any news on when Traxxas will update the Rustler? I'd sure like to see a "wrangler" or something new. My po'l old XXXT is shot and needs to be replaced with something faster

Hey Slimmie, I ran my rustler last night at my local track and did pretty good. My rustler was running great but those stupid losi's and associated trucks still kicked my can. Do you have any good setups for the old gal? Do you use radio shack batteries? Im seriously out numbered at my track and desperately need some help!

Hobbipro...... Someone told me that Traxxas is coming out with a "Super Rustler" sometime this year. Heard it was going to be a competitive race truck with a TRX 19 turn motor and plastic shocks and chassis. Cant wait!!!! Tired of getting beat by those losi and associated guys and gals.

I heard a few things myself at the local track. The new truck is supposed to be similar to the old SRT, but the tranny is a Stealth clone, and a xxxt type of suspension.I didnt know it was comming with a 19T, makes sense since there electric RTR's come with it.

Rustler Dude,

A good setup for me is 18 tooth pinion am 84 tooth spur. My shocks are set on the second to last holes in the rear a arms. My front shocks are set in that furthest hole in the front a arms. Myu shopcks are set up stock but i put a big spacer in each shock.

What motor u runnin.

The tires that work best for me are the stock ones.

I hope this helps
