I think it might be useful who don't know which part number you should get.
This is Korean, but it has pics and part number.

To stiffen up the standard chassis the centre brace works well.

Would be great to see the WOW Factory kit available, looks very nice and quality.

There is also a FIBRE-LYTE SBV2 upgrade if people are after a different complete carbon chassis kit.

Anyone know of a online source for SB V2 parts? I've searched the net and only found MRC ($7 to ship a $4.50 part isn't what I had in mind). I'm looking for a Battery Guard 98VP-007.

Ultimate Hobbies sells parts for the vehicle I believe and Stormer will start soon as well.

Actually, I just got back from Ultimate. I found some wheels for my Lightning Stadium 10, but not what I was looking for above. They do have a few cars and some parts, but a very limited selection. Stormer has some now as well; I'll keep my eyes open. Never had such a hard time finding parts for a car. Then again, I've typically stuck with Associated, Mugen, and Traxxas.

Guys, I raced today and the car still felt very stable but I am now wanting much more steering !

Do you guys have any tricks to get more steering out of the car ?

Thanks !

I run associated shocks, no 2 pistons, 30w front, 25w rear. Blue springs in the front, black in the rear (asso).

The shocks are in the inner possitions on the arms front and back and on the middle on the shock tower, front and back.

I run ifmar studs (tried step pins, hole shots)

I still use the basic steering brace in the outer position i think.

I would try a softer front spring and maybe a stiffer rear spring. I've been running ae green/silver front/rear. Maybe silver/silver or somewhere around there would work too. I would also say run the forward ackerman position on the steering block, it gives the car more throw. I also think the stock rear link is on the short side. Try running either middle tower/outside hub or inside tower/inside hub. My car pushed out of corners with the stock link. Also, I dremeled my hubs down about 2 mil to lower the roll center on the car. This kept the car flatter and let it rotate more. Hope this helps!

thanks very much Dan !

The only part I dont understand is the one talking about the hubs and the roll center ? Which part do you take off exactly ?

Also, hows it coming up for you ? Did you attend any races lately ? how did you perform, how do you find the car ?

thanks !

Where the ball studs mount vertically into the rear hubs is where I took off 2mm. This would be similar to raising the inner stud on the tower (lowering the roll center) but you keep more plausible adjustments.
Car is getting there.
