Schumacher cougar LD3

I have to agree with you though, having to drill the shock caps is just silly and o-rings for the hexes...really? lol And while I was running the shock tower in front of the shocks on my LD2 it took a decent hit to the front and one shock cap popped off the ball stud. It was a quick fix but my B6.4 would've just shaken it off. So far I haven't broken anything on either car but a front arm on the 4whl, totally my fault though. On carpet I've heard the lower front plate can crack on really hard front hits but carpet is hard on everything.

About 5 hours in. Taking my time and pulled off ti turnbuckles, al diff, rear aluminum sway link, and sway bars off my previous one. Thanks Schumacher for keeping these parts compatible!!! (RIP Lunsford ) Can’t wait! Kinda wish I had the budget to buy the ceramic bearings but next year :/. I was going to pull the shocks off as well but I might as well keep everything as new as possible.
she’s built!
Just a camber tune all around and toe needs to be set. These things got no weight on it!!! If you plan to be roar legal get some weight. I got the brass radio tray, brass front weight and aluminum pivot head. Estimated weight came out to just above 1450. Don’t check me bro!
