Got my build done and decided on box art
this was a really fun build, and very different from other Tamiya builds I’ve done. I did have a few screws and bits that were missing from the kit too, which I’ve never experienced with a tamiya build. Fortunately I had what I needed handy.
one thing that caught me out, they use 48p in this instead of the mod .6 that I am used to. I had to go to the hobby shop for a bigger pinion, which with a lower turn motor I think you really need.

ps: what brand board is that? I like the parts holders on bottom.

they still sell similar ones that I assume are better, albeit they get pretty spendy. I got mine given to me.

I just finished with their chat support, painfully slow to get to a live agent. They cancelled my order from 2/6. Had me resubmit today. Added a $25 courtesy discount. After I submitted they went back in and placed me back in cue for my original priority. 🤞 let’s see.
