Default Problems with steering.

I recently bought a WLtoys 12429 and in less than a week it broke down and won't steer, however the steering trim works. I have the same problem with a team associated cr28. It might be from the remote but I'm not sure. If you know how I could resolve this, can you give me some advice?

Can you provide some more information? So, you say the trim works - does it move the wheels or just the steering servo? When you try to steer, do you see the servo try to move? Is there any sound, like a buzzing when you try to steer? To diagnose the problem, we are going to need a lot more information.

The problem can be anything from a rock stuck in the steering system, to a broken steering part, a bad or broken servo, bad receiver or transmitter. So, as much additional info as you can provide would help us help you.
