Hello all, I have been out of the RC hobby for several... several years and I am playing catch up....
I recently bought an AE RC8 B3.2E and have managed to get it together without much issue accept for a few missing parts.

I would like to get back into racing and have a few questions....

Can you recommend a screw kit?
And maybe recommend a charger and battery for racing?
What spare parts do you recommend that i have on hand to make the most of my time at the track?
Any general tips for racing in today's RC world?

I started 8th scale racing last summer with a B3.2e. I found the car to be reasonably sturdy. I would recommend to have a set of front and rear arms, maybe front hub carrier and some front gearbox cases. I don’t know why, but I had to change the front gearbox case a couple of times during the season. The screws would just start to pull out. Last time I put in the HD version, so I’ll see how well it holds.
